ABOUT OUR COMMITTEE

The Community Engagement and Collaboration Committee of AI Huntsville is dedicated to supporting the growth of Huntsville’s AI ecosystem through meaningful engagement with the broader community, industry, workforce, and education sectors. In alignment with AI Huntsville’s mission to position the city as a hub for AI innovation, the committee focuses on building inclusive partnerships that connect local talent, educators, professionals, and organizations across government, academia, and industry.

Building a Community-Driven Future for AI in Huntsville

We help lead the annual AI Symposium with the U.S. Space and Rocket Center (USSRC) and participate in established industry and community platforms including the National Cyber Summit (NCS), the SMD Symposium and STEAMfest to create new opportunities for involvement. The committee works to create spaces for dialogue, shared learning, and cross-sector collaboration through its engagement and outreach. These efforts aim to increase awareness of AI’s potential to improve lives, expand workforce opportunities, and inspire future generations to pursue careers in emerging technologies. Ultimately, the committee seeks to ensure that Huntsville’s advancements in AI are both community-driven and widely accessible, fostering a future where innovation benefits all.
